Message from our Director

“A small group of parents seeking an international quality education with a strong academic emphasis founded the school 25 years ago. These aims have endured as the school has grown into a fully accredited, college preparatory institution”. This quote, from the school’s mid-1990s profile statement, is equally, if not more, relevant today as the school approaches 60 years old.

Driven by dedicated teachers, the heart and soul of the school, ISC’s students of all ages experience the benefits of the International Baccalaureate programs. During the 2025-2026 school year, ISC successfully completed our MYP review for re-authorization and, in May 2026, earned authorization to offer PYP for our elementary students. Combined with the DP, ISC is now a full IB-continuum school, joining a handful of other schools throughout the Caribbean region and the only one in Curaçao.
