At ISC Elementary, we believe that children thrive when students, families, and staff work together. Our goal is to create a learning environment where every child is valued as an individual, supported in their growth, and challenged to reach their full potential.
We encourage students to take an active role in their learning, teachers to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences, and families to work alongside us in supporting their child's academic, social, and emotional growth. Through strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to growth, we prepare students to become well-rounded learners and responsible global citizens who make a positive impact in their local and global communities.
ISC offers small class sizes and personalized attention, allowing us to meet the unique needs of each student. In addition to core subjects such as Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, students participate in a variety of specialist classes, including Music, Art, Physical Education, Media, and Spanish or Dutch beginning in Grade 2. When appropriate, students may also receive support through our Student Services program to ensure they have the additional support, tools and resources needed for success.
